Maybe It’s Time to Try Them Again

If you tried contacts years ago and decided they weren’t for you, things may be different now. There are more lens options than there used to be, and a better fit can make a big difference.

Some people wear contacts every day. Others like having them for workouts, travel, special events, or just once in a while when they want a break from glasses. There really isn’t one right way to wear them.

It Starts With the Right Fit

Contacts aren’t something we choose based on your prescription alone. We also look at the shape of your eyes, how the lenses sit, how your vision looks through them, and, of course, how they feel.

Soulier Eyecare Associates fits soft lenses, multifocals, rigid gas permeable lenses, and custom contacts. If you have had trouble with contacts before, tell us what happened. Maybe they felt dry by the end of the day. Maybe your vision wasn’t as clear as you hoped. Maybe you just never got comfortable with them. Those details help us figure out what to try next.

Never Worn Contacts?

That’s okay. Most people need a little practice at first.

We’ll show you how to put your lenses in, take them out, and care for them properly. You can practice with us before you leave, and we’ll answer the questions that usually come up when you’re getting started.

If you already wear contacts but they don’t feel quite as good as they used to, bring that up at your next exam too. A different lens may be worth trying.
